I went with a theme here for each season it's supposed to align somewhat.
Spring is strong and full of vigor
Winter is a lean time with little to help you survive
Autumn is a time of harvest when things gorge themselves to prepare for the long winter (Judging by his winter form that didn't work out XD)

As a secondary thing when I decided to focus on extreme body types I decided to go with body types that would be so extreme as to have potential medical issues.
Spring: Permanent muscle damage, spinal injuries, heart disease
Winter: Growth retardation, lowered bone mass, seizures, and heart disease
Autumn: Where do I start? Cuz I know I'll finish with heart disease
